2023 Assessment

 

 

 

The Board approved a special assessment of $100 for the 2023 year.  The 2023 assessments are quarterly and are at the rate of $175.00 + $25.00 (special assessment) per quarter for a total amount of $200 quarterly.  Please use the coupon stub that is provided with your quarterly statements that are mailed. 



Mosquito Control Information

Eagle Creek Estates Quarterly Assessments are due January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, & October 1st.  You can pay online here.


About Us

Eagle Creek is a beautiful community of thirty-six 1+ acre lots located; off of Lake Mary Blvd in Lake Mary, Florida, Seminole County. All homes were custom built in 1988. Amenities include a caring Homeowners Association, Protective Covenants, greenbelt common areas, and natural Florida wildlife including deer, bears and foxes.

  • Exit 98
  • Go west on Lake Mary Blvd ~ 2 miles
  • Turn right onto Longwood Lake Mary Road ~1.5 miles
  • Eagle Creek Estates is on the left - across from Lake Mary High School.
